Each one of these jewellery boxes is unique. They could be called lidded jewellery bowls.
Silver Lid
The sterling silver lid is etched with the "Japanese Ornamental Pattern No 1" design. The solid silver handle is attached with a flower shaped nut and is set with an amethyst cabochon stone.
Wooden Bowl
The wooden bowl is made from Purple Heart wood and is set with abalone and hallmarked silver giving design details.
